SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR – MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

We are seeking an ambitious and creative marketing professional who is passionate about building brands, creating content and leveraging digital platforms to engage audiences.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent writing and digital marketing skills to help strengthen the Firm's profile locally and internationally.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop engaging content, manage the Firm’s digital presence, support business development initiatives and identify innovative ways to enhance the R&H Cayman brand across multiple channels and multiple business lines.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing, communications, and business development activities across multiple channels, multiple service lines and, where required, international offices.
  • Manage the Firm's online and social media presence across the Firm’s website, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop engaging written and visual content that showcases the Firm's expertise and people.
  • Work with the Firm’s business line professionals to create thought leadership campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Assist with the creation and management of Firm’s client marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and promotional content.
  • Manage and update client and marketing databases within the Firm’s CRM system.
  • Support internal communications, including the preparation of staff newsletters and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of client events, conferences, networking activities and community engagement activities, some of which may require attendance at events outside of ordinary business hours.
  • Identify emerging marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve engagement and brand awareness.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across all levels of the firm while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • The successful candidate must have a university degree in a business-related field.
  • At least 3-5 years' marketing experience, ideally gained in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise with social media content management and digital e-marketing tools, operating in a professional environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite would be an asset.
  • A working knowledge of WordPress website management and content updates would be an asset.
  • A working knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar would be an asset.
  • A working knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as InterAction or equivalent would be an asset.

Benefits:

  • Salary US$65,000 to US$100,000 per annum, commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant. A full package of benefits is also offered including, pension, health and life insurance.
